Our Multimedia Lab
GBHS Limbe is the first High School in the Limbe municipality to benefit from its PTA and SMB, a wonderful, well equipped multimedia laboratory.
This installation was timely, mindful of the high waves of globalization of Information Technology that cuts across the world, trying to bring the world into a global village.
Students and Teachers are benefiting tremendously from these innovations which give the opportunity to the latter to learn and exploit the net for educational and cultural purposes.
This School connectivity project (SCP) was launched in Limbe last August 2005 and it was very welcomed by the entire GBHS Limbe family. The direct beneficiaries are the students and staff of the school. Students are given the priority because learning in a computer age as ours, demands that one be current with the modern concepts and facts in various fields of study. So, by acquainting our young secondary school students with IT concepts we are directly preparing them for post-secondary education where IT is best applied in studies and research programmes.Installed in 2005, this August project was realized thanks to the school administration, Association for Development Communication and Environment (ADCOME) and the MTN School Connectivity Program
